Answer: The pavilion in Fredericton was erected by the Trans Canada Trail organisation to recognise those companies and individuals who have donated money to them to enable the TCT to be built.  The Trans Canada Trail organisation will inscribe a name for a minimum $50 contribution to 'sponsor' a metre of trail.  However, a new panel will only be added to the pavilion once sufficient new sponsors have made contributions.
